The Camp Leadership Team

For some people, Camp Chief Hector YMCA isn’t just a place to visit or a special memory from childhood – it’s a mission and a fulfilling career. Our team lives and breathes everything Camp. From the great outdoors to providing an exceptional experience for everyone that spends any time on site, our 250+ staff and thousands of visitors are fortunate to be led by these amazing folks and life-long campers:

At Camp Chief Hector YMCA, we gratefully acknowledge that we live, work and play on the traditional land of the Stoney Nakoda Nation, which is made up of the Goodstoney, Chiniki, and Bearspaw Bands. We are on Treaty 7 territory of southern Alberta, which is also the ancestral territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy and the T'suut'ina First Nations, Metis Nation of Alberta Region 3.

The Campaign Cabinet

Members of our Campaign Cabinet know just how transformational the camp experience is for youth and care deeply about creating a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone. This is the team dedicated to ensuring the magic of Camp Chief Hector will carry on for generations to come:
